📦 Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging. If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Here’s how to get help:

  1. Email furrystories.crew@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage

We’ll evaluate your request and if eligible, send you a replacement.

Please note:

  • Dented boxes or torn packaging due to shipping are not considered product damage if the product itself is intact.
  • We do not offer replacements or refunds for items damaged through misuse, wear and tear, or accidents.
  • We are not responsible for the damage caused by the shipping provider. We will assist in contacting the shipping provider and follow up with them.

📭 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please reach out to us.

  • We’ll assist you in contacting the shipping provider and may follow up with them directly.
  • You may need to file a claim with the courier and/or a police report if the package cannot be located.

Please note: Lost or stolen packages are not covered under our Returns & Refund policy.


📭 Cancel Order

For any reason if FurryStories cancel the order (E.g. the product is out of stock, shipping issue etc), customers will receive the refund in 7 business days.
