An order is officially “dispatched” when it’s handed to the carrier and on its way to you. During busier seasons or holidays, processing time could take longer.

🚚 Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order. If an incorrect or incomplete address has been entered, once the order and shipment have been confirmed, no further changes can be made.

Whether or not you will get charged additional money form the customs in your country is out of our control. When you order an item from our store, you acknowledge that there is a possibility of additional charges once the package reaches your country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by FURRYSTORIES, and thus cannot be refunded. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, please contact your country's custom office to learn more about the specific rules that apply to your location.
